This package not only includes unlimited group yoga for one month but is also includes the complete Nutrition Coaching Program making this a fabulous choice if you want to begin a body recomposition journey. Personalized nutrition guidance meets you where you are. The nutrition portion of this package includes weekly check-ins, plan adjustments and access to advice and information via WhatsApp and email. The weekly meeting can happen in person, on zoom, or strictly through email. Its up to you!
